How It Works

Our platform is easy to use and will guide you through the process step by step so you can start practicing conversations with AI as quickly as possible. Here's how it works:

1. Choose an offer

2. Choose client type: private or corporate

Decide whether you want to use the application as:
  • Private Client - Perfect for individuals wanting to develop their skills in communication, management, or sales.
  • Corporate Client - For companies that want to improve their employees' or entire teams' communication.
  • Public Institution - for municipalities, districts, and other government institutions and facilities

3. Register

Creating an account is quick and easy! To register, you just need to provide:
  • Email address
  • Password
  • Username

If you prefer, you can register using your Google or Facebook account, which will speed up the process. You can provide additional details, such as billing address, during purchase.

4. Check available conversation packages

After logging in, go to the conversation packages section. You can choose a package that best suits your needs:
  • Packages tailored to different needs: smaller trial packages or larger packages for more intensive training.

Unit price varies depending on the chosen package.

If you're a corporate client, use the contact form to receive a personalized package offer tailored to your needs or your employees' needs. Within your organization, we can prepare dedicated scenarios for:

  • Your salespeople - We'll arrange situations they face daily, such as dealing with difficult clients, price negotiations, or closing deals.
  • Your managers - We'll prepare simulations of difficult management conversations, such as resolving team conflicts, giving feedback, or motivating employees.

5. Purchase a package

When you decide on the right package:
  • Fill in the details needed for the invoice.
  • Choose a payment method - you can pay using a credit card, BLIK, traditional transfer, or other popular payment methods.

6. Conversations available on your account

After payment, the number of available conversations will appear on your account. You can start practicing immediately.

7. Choose a topic and situation to practice

Now it's time to choose a conversation scenario. You can choose from three services:
  • SoftskillAura - Practice leading difficult management conversations, such as giving feedback, motivating employees, or resolving conflicts.
  • SalesAura - Develop your sales skills, negotiate, and build relationships with clients. Example scenarios: "Conversation with a friendly client you know and want to apply cross-selling".
  • CareerAura - Prepare for a professional job interview. Answer questions appropriately, present qualifications, achievements, and your strengths.

Each service includes several different scenarios that simulate realistic situations you might encounter at work.

8. How does AI conversation work?

After selecting a scenario, familiarize yourself with its content, test your microphone, and start the conversation. Starting the conversation will make the AI respond to your statements, asking questions according to the previously chosen scenario. To better immerse yourself in the situation, ensure conditions such as a quiet environment. The conversation will last about 30-35 minutes or end earlier if the topic is exhausted.
During the conversation:
  • AI dynamically responds to your answers.
  • You receive positive and constructive feedback that will help you better master the given situation.

9. Get a conversation report

After finishing the conversation, we'll automatically generate a detailed report. You can download it directly from the application, and you'll also receive it at the provided email address. See an example report here (link).

10. What does the report contain?

The report is a transcript of the entire conversation that includes: Response markings:
  • Red - statements that need improvement
  • Yellow - statements that need minor corrections
  • Green - statements that were very good and aligned with best market communication practices.

The report also includes detailed tips on which phrases to change, why a given answer was incorrect, and recommendations on how you can improve your communication in the future.

11. Training variants (AI or VR+AI)

Variant: AI Training

Training using AI Avatar and responses involves an interactive conversation with artificial intelligence that plays a specific role in the conversation scenario. This training includes the following elements:

  • Conversation scenario - AI Avatar performs a specific role, asking questions and providing answers in response to your statements.
  • Voice interaction - The conversation is conducted using a microphone. Your answers influence the course of the conversation.
  • Displayed Avatar - A human-like avatar appears on the computer screen, speaking and moving according to the role it plays in the scenario.
  • Realistic simulation - The scenario is dynamic, the avatar responds to your statements in real-time

Required tools:

  • Device with internet access
  • Microphone

Variant: AI + VR Training

Training using AI Avatar and responses + VR involves interaction with artificial intelligence in a realistic VR environment. Employees participate in conversations simulated by an avatar that adjusts its questions and answers based on the participant's responses.

  • The nowAURA team visits organizations and conducts the entire training on-site, without requiring participants to have prior knowledge of VR devices

Training process

  • Training takes place in the presence of a nowAURA employee who conducts the session and instructs participants.
  • Sessions can last one day or be spread over several days, depending on the number of participants and organization needs
  • After completing the training, VR equipment (goggles and controllers) is returned to the instructor.

Support before and during training

  • The entire training is fully handled by the nowAURA team, so participants don't need technical knowledge.
  • The instructor provides a brief introduction to VR devices and guides participants step by step.

Option to continue learning after VR training

  • After completing the VR session, participants can continue developing their skills in the non-VR variant. In the AI Training model, interactions with Avatars take place on a computer screen using a microphone and the user's available software.

Required tools:

No tools are needed to conduct the training as nowAURA provides the necessary VR equipment. Participants don't need to own VR goggles or other devices.

12. Draw conclusions and try again

The report will help you identify strengths and areas for development. Draw conclusions and try again! Remember that each conversation is a step forward in developing your competencies.

IMPORTANT! The same scenario can be practiced multiple times, as each conversation will be unique.
